No Rules Rules review

I was a bit afraid to start a non-fiction book again, and after the great introduction this book is also slow to pick up the pace. I was asking myself “Why do I read non-fiction books again?” They’re usually blog posts stretched to 250 pages.

But No Rules Rules picks up the pace quickly and never slows down. The first guidelines such as no holidays or expense policies seem gimmicky, but after that a more holistic concept is formed: No Rules Rules. And you see that these ‘gimmicks’ fall into that philosophy.

The copywriting is great and there are good scenarios and dilemmas that explore the concept on an abstract level as well in practical solutions. Reading this book will make you a better employer and a better employee too.
